Policy
These rules apply to every affiliate, media-buying team and advertiser working with ASCENDER on Thailand nutra COD. They define which traffic we accept, how products may be advertised, what advertisers must document, and how fraud and lead quality are handled. This is network policy, not legal or regulatory advice.

Traffic sources
All traffic must target Thailand. Anything outside this list needs written approval from your manager before launch.
Advertising standards
Nutra is a supplement category. Claims must stay inside that boundary on every creative, lander and message.
Products are food supplements. Creatives and landers must never state or imply that a product cures, treats, prevents or diagnoses a disease.
Naming a condition is only acceptable as context. Promising a specific medical result, timeframe or recovery is not.
Any study, test result or efficacy percentage must come from documentation supplied by the advertiser. Invented studies are grounds for termination.
No impersonation of medical professionals, hospitals, ministries or regulatory bodies, and no invented expert endorsements.
Before/after visuals implying a medical or surgical result, and any imagery of wounds, disease or body horror, are prohibited.
Landing pages must carry a visible statement that the product is a dietary supplement and not a medicine, in Thai.
Advertising standards
Reviews, names, photos and comment threads must be genuine or clearly presented as illustrative. Invented customer stories are prohibited.
Landers may not imitate news outlets, TV channels, social platforms or messenger interfaces.
Star ratings, review counts, "orders today" tickers and stock counters must reflect real data or be removed.
Using public figures, brands or government agencies to imply approval is prohibited without written rights.
Countdown timers that reset, expiring prices that never expire and fake "last units" warnings are not allowed.
Advertising standards
Paid search and shopping campaigns may not target "ASCENDER", advertiser brand names, product names, or misspellings and variations of them.
Brand names may not appear in headlines, display paths or vanity URLs without written approval.
Registering domains, social accounts or app listings containing our or an advertiser's brand name is prohibited.
Pages, profiles and support channels must not present themselves as the official brand.
Brand traffic is permitted only where an advertiser has granted it in writing through your manager.
Advertising standards
Every offer ships with Thai landing pages and creatives that already passed advertiser and platform review. Use them as the baseline.
Send new angles, videos or landers to your manager before launch. Approval is per asset, not blanket.
Swapping an approved lander, offer or price after moderation is a hard violation and voids payment for affected leads.
Copy must be natural Thai, with correct pricing in THB, correct delivery terms and no machine-translated claims.
Fake play buttons, system alerts, virus warnings, chat notifications and fake cursor overlays are prohibited.
Displayed price, quantity, shipping cost and COD terms must match what the call-center confirms with the customer.
Advertisers
No offer goes live before the brand behind it is verified.
Registered company name, registration number, address and a named contact person responsible for the campaign.
Proof of ownership, manufacturing or authorized distribution rights for the product in Thailand.
Confirmed COD logistics inside Thailand: delivery partner, coverage, expected delivery window and return handling.
Native Thai confirmation calls, working hours, call attempts policy and how lead statuses are reported back.
Agreed payout per confirmed lead or approved order, billing entity and settlement schedule before any traffic is sent.
Advertisers
Complete composition with dosages, plus any allergens or restricted substances.
Thai-language label artwork as it ships to the customer, including net quantity and usage instructions.
Where the product category requires it, the Thai FDA registration or notification number must be supplied and kept current.
Certificate of analysis, manufacturing licence or GMP evidence for the production site.
For imported goods, the local importer or distributor of record.
Documentation behind every efficacy claim used in approved creatives.
Integrity
Fraud is handled transparently: you are told what was flagged, why, and how to contest it.
Fabricated or self-placed orders, generated or recycled phone numbers, duplicated contacts, incentivized submissions, bot traffic, cookie stuffing and forced clicks.
Leads are checked against duplicate, phone-validity, source-pattern and call-center outcome signals. Suspicious sources are reviewed before payout.
Payouts for a flagged source can be held while the review runs. You are told which source and which period is affected.
Confirmed fraudulent leads are reversed and deducted from the next settlement.
Deliberate or repeated fraud ends the partnership and forfeits the outstanding balance tied to the fraudulent traffic.
You have 14 days from notification to contest a decision with logs, sub-ID breakdowns or traffic evidence.
Integrity
COD lives or dies on lead quality — these are the standards a lead must meet to be payable.
Every lead must be a real person in Thailand who submitted the form themselves and expects a confirmation call.
Reachable Thai mobile number in the correct format. Systematically unreachable numbers count against source quality.
The same phone number submitted again within 30 days is not paid a second time.
Name and locale fields must be genuine Thai user input, not placeholders, transliteration noise or auto-filled junk.
Sources are judged on approve rate and reachability against the offer's benchmark, not on raw lead volume.
A sudden quality drop pauses the source, triggers a joint review with your manager and resumes once the cause is fixed.
Report
Seen a creative, lander or partner breaking these rules? Tell us and we will review it.
Send the offer name, the URL or screenshot, and where you saw it. Reports are reviewed by the compliance team and the source is paused while the check runs.
